Answer:

y - 3 = -(x + 5)

Explanation:

The equations are in the form of a point-slope formula:

y - y₀ = m(x - x₀), where (x₀, y₀) are some points on your graph.

We are given all these equations. So what i did was plug in their values and test them. For example, our answer:

y - 3 = -(x + 5)

y - (3) = -(x - (-5)), our (x₀, y₀) in this case is x₀=-5 & y₀=3

is the point (-5, 3) on your graph? Yes it is, therefore y - 3 = -(x + 5) is the correct answer. This method is a guess and check.
