Answer:

Eukaryote cells contain membrane bound organelles while prokaryotes do not. There is a different structure in Prokaryotic and Eukaryotic cells including mitochondria, cell wall, and chloroplasts in eukaryotic cells but not prokaryotic cells. Prokaryotic cells don't have a nucleus to hold their DNA while Eukaryotic cells do have a nucleus to hold their DNA. Those are just a few differences.
