The climax is the point of tension in the story. In the climax, things happen that leave the reader with questions such as, “What will happen next?” “Why did they do that?”
An example of a climax would be in Percy Jackson: The Lightning Thief where Percy finds out who his dad is (won’t spoil for courteous reasons).
