ASAP: I need as soon as possible with this question I have taken a picture of. If you could tell me how to do it and the answer, that will be greatly appreciated.

I’ve tried it myself but it’s difficult for me since I don’t know where to start.

Answer:

The answer to your question is below

Explanation:

Solve the right triangle.

Process

1.- Find B

We know that C = 90° and that the sum of internal angles in a triangle equals 180°.

A + B + C = 180°

87°38' + B + 90 = 180

B = 180 - 87°38' - 90

B = 2.37°

2.- Find b

tan α =
(opposite side)/(adjacent side)

adjacent side =
(opposite side)/(tan \alpha )

b =
(5.81)/(24.2)

b = 0.24

3.- Find c

c² = a² + b²

c² = 5.81² + 0.24²

c² = 33.76 + 0.058

c² = 33.82

c = 5.82
