We have to solve the compound inequality.

It is 15 ≥ - 3x or x ≥ - 2

Now, from the first part we have

15 ≥ -3x


-(1)/(3) * 15 \leq  -(1)/(3)(- 3x)

⇒ - 5 ≤ x

x ≥ - 5 ....... (1)

And the second part is x ≥ -2 ......... (2)

Therefore, the conditions (1) and (2) will both be true if x ≥ - 2.
