Using unitary method:

then it will take 1 h for how many cups?


= (1 * (1)/(4) )/((3)/(2) )


= (2)/(4 * 3)


= (2)/(12)


= (1)/(6) cups

Therefore, the rate is
(1)/(6) cups per hour
