Explanation:

y = mx + b

y interception (b) for line1 and line2 are 1

slope of line1 (m1) = (y-y') / (x-x') = (3-1) / (-1-0) = -2

slope of line2 (m2) = (y-y') / (x-x') = (3-1) / (1-0) = 2

Line1: y = -2 * x + 1

line2: y = 2 * x + 1
