Answer: "I like video games, but my sister on the other hand, does not."

Explanation: After she says "I like video games", a comma is needed, because she is transitioning to a new idea. You also need a comma after "on the other hand", because you are, answering the, "-but my sister on the other hand", which needs a comma.
