Explanation:

  • slope intercept form is y=mx+b
  • get two points on the graph which are (4,6) and (8,9)
  • use the formula y2-y1/x2-x1
  • 9-6/8-4
  • 3/4 that will be the m because it's the slope
  • use 4 as your y intercept since that's when it crosses the y-axis
  • insert these numbers in the formula
  • y=3/4x + 4
