I would say B.

I would say B because it was brought on by a stressful situation, being in a stressful situation you can take yourself out of should help on calming down and “recovering” from what you were experiencing in that stressful time period. A,C and D are all developing mentally it sounds like to me. Which means that it is not curable.

Schizophrenia is not a condition that can be cured but it can be treated, however the person with schizophrenia will always have to deal with these hallucinations or whatever they may experience considering that everyone with schizophrenia experiences it differently.
