The total number of card that the box has is (4 +6 + 2) = 12.

From 12 cards 1 can be chosen in 12 different ways.

If we remove the blue cards, then the box contains (4 + 6)= 10 cards.

From these 10 cards, where there is no blue card, one card can be chosen in 10 ways.

Hence, the probability of not getting blue is
