As a farmer manager you need to replace the fence that encloses a small rectangular pasture. The pasture is 60 yards long and 30 yards wide. How many feet of fencing do you need?

Answer:

If you're long for perimeter it is 180. 60+60+30+30=180

if you're long for the area it is 1,800. 60*30=1800

1800/60=30

180/60=3
