In an organization people use the printer for their personal purpose. So that to avoid this situation organization will implement to monitor the printer jobs.

Step-by-step explanation:

There are separate tools are available for monitor the printer jobs, printer job monitor tools is installed in each desktop or laptop or workstation with user permission and which is create log files.

As Administration can also use printer password, which track the printer job from each tcpip address and create log files for further analysis.

So administrator can view the log file and submit the reports.
