Bases od isosceles triangles are congruent,so

2(2x+3)=4x+6 (This is the sum ob both anlgles base)

All angles in a triangle add to 180

4x+6 + 42 = 180

4x = 132

x=33

2(33)+3= 69

69+69+42 = 180
