3x+16+18x+5=19x+19
21x+21=19x+19
-19 -19
21x+2=19x
-21x -21x
2=-2x
Divide by -2.
-1=x
Substitute-1 for x in the equation JK=3x+16
JK=3(-1)+16
JK=-3+16
JK=13

Hope this helps.
