You’re going to want to plug in the coordinates (1,2) in both equations and substitute 1 for the variable x and 2 for the variable y. Once you do that you get

3(1)-2(2)=-1
3-4=-1
-1=-1 ✔️

Then do the same thing for the second equation

(2)=-(1) +3
2=2 ✔️

So the answer is yes
