What is the difference between voluntary and involuntary muscles?

voluntary muscles are muscles that get messages sent to them by your brain. these messages are things that you want to do. involuntary are different but they are still messages. they are messages like a natural instinct. you don’t give that message, your body just naturally does it!

Voluntary is when u consciously make the decision to do something, involuntary is when it jus kinda happens typically by instinct
