Discuss 2 self-care techniques you would use to manage the emotional stress you would face as a social worker (Ex: hobbies, socializing, diet, exercise, etc.). Why do you think those two would help you the most?

A hobby is not a full time occupation, and it aims to relax the practitioner.

Exercise improves mental health. It's proven: Regular physical activity reduces stress, improves mood and boosts mental health, even helping to combat depression and anxiety.

Both are really good and can help a lot.
