Answer:

The percentage increase in Ally monthly pay is 12.89 %

Explanation:

Given as :

The initial pay of Ally = i = $ 15.90

The final pay of Ally = f = $ 17.95

Let The increase percentage = x %

Now, Percentage increase % =
(\textrm Final pay - \textrm initail pay)/(\textrm initial pay) × 100

Or, x =
(\textrm f - \textrm i)/(\textrm i) × 100

Or, x =
(\textrm $ 17.95 - \textrm $ 15.90)/(\textrm $ 15.90) × 100

Or, x =
(2.05)/(15.90) × 100

∴ x = 0.1289 × 100

I.e x = 12.89

So, increase percentage = x = 12.89

Hence The percentage increase in Ally monthly pay is 12.89 % Answer
