B -2.5 per hour

Explanation:

you can tell this will be negative because the temperature is dropping, by looking at the graph i see in two hours the temp. drops 5 degrees, if you divide this by 2 (to see the amount dropped per hour) you get 2.5 but remember this is negative therefore the rate of change is -2.5
