Need to add grouping symbols to make it true

Answer:

(20*(2+1)+3)/9 = 7

Explanation:

You can tell that the only way that it can be true is using the division.

63/9 = 7

So I tried to find a way for everything before the grouping symbol to be 63:

(20*(2+1)+3)/9 = 7
