Explanation:
Subtract 3 from each side, so it now looks like this:
Divide each side by 1/2 to cancel out the 1/2 next to n. It should now look like this: n < 4
Look at the graphs given. The fourth graph shows that the number could be anything under four. It has the circle on four, and the arrow going to the left of four (to represent the numbers less than four)
