My personal plan would prevent and reduce me from getting injured because I would be very careful with what I do. For example, the things I like to do are go bike riding, Running/Jogging, and other outdoor activities. There are many ways to prevent getting hurt from these things like when going bike riding you could wear a helmet and maybe knee and shoulder pads. If you do running or jogging then you could make sure you have comfortable shoes and clothing and make sure your path is clear. Then for other outdoor activities, you should just make sure there is a trusted adult around to watch you and that you are being very careful about who you talk and play with.
