Design a healthy diet for a growing body. What food groups would you include and why? Explain in detail what you get from each food group and what other nutrients are needed in this diet. Then, explain why this diet may be different from the one needed by someone who is no longer growing.

Answer:

well, just make sure to include factors of fat such as avocados, protein such as lean beef or chicken, carbohydrates such as bread of rice, sugars such as apples or oranges, vegetables such as broccoli or spinach and dairy such as milk or cheese. also make sure to include iron in your diet and factors u think is important to grow.

for the second part of the question, for people who aren’t growing anymore, they may need less intake in carbohydrates and protein. I'm sure their are also many other examples for that as well.
