For example, confiding in someone we trust isn't easy when we are dealing with certain problems, like peer-abuse or any type of bullying. Once we step out of the comfort zone, it's a great path to problem-solving. We feel protected and loved, and we know someone will be there for us and keep us safe.

2. Negative -- it's very hard when a person is dealing with some issues and is afraid to speak up. They have a constant fear that if they confide in someone, they will mock them or judge them. They feel weak, helpless, and sometimes even think that the bullying with get worse once someone else is involved and that it would make the abuser more angry and aggressive.
