The total number of points gained are 50.

Explanation:

There are in all 50 questions.

She got 45 questions correct and 5 questions wrong.

For every correct question she earns 1 point.

So the gained points are
`45 X 1 = 45` points.

But, she lost 5 questions, for which 2 points are deducted.

So the points reduced are,
`5 X 2 = 10` points.

Also, at the end She managed to get the 3 credit questions correct, each of 5 points.

So the gained points are
`3 X 5 = 15` points.

Thus the total points are,

`45 - 10 +15 = 50` points.
