Bob has some candy bars that he wants yo give away. He is going to give each person 1/8 of a bar, and he has 2 3/4 bars to give away. How Many people get candy?

(1)/(8) of a bar.

It is also said that,
(2)((3)/(4)) = (3)/(2)
of a bar is there.

Let the number of people be "n".

Thus the equation is,


((1)/(8))(n) = (3)/(2)


n = ((3)/(2))((8)/(1)) = 12

Thus the total number of people are 12.
