Explanation:

Given

f(x) = 2x - 10

f^-1(x) = ?

Now

Let y = f(x)

y = 2x - 10

Interchanging the roles of x and y we get,

x = 2y - 10

x + 10 = 2y

y =(x + 10) / 2

f^-1(x) = (x + 10)/ 2

Hope it will help :)❤
