Answer: D. f(4)

f(0) means x = 0

so when x = 0, y = -5

when x = 4, f(4) is also equal -5 (y = -5)

so f(0) = f(4) = -5

I hope this is correct and if it is I hope it helps.

I hope you have a great day and remember it doesn't matter what other people say or think about you, you are still and always will be strong, smart, and an amazing person. Have a wonderful day.

Answer:

D)
\displaystyle f(4)

Explanation:

Look at the y-intercept and you will see that its mirror is at f(−4), which is −5.
