Answer:ingroup bias

Step-by-step explanation:

Ingroup bias refers to how we usually favor the groups with which we identify by thinking their character , product etc is better when compared to those of the outgroup. We usually voice this out sometimes more than we voice our rejection of the outergroup , we always want to emphasize how great we are , how powerful our in-group is , how influential it is all the positive things we can think of and we tend to megasize everything that is positive when we associate it with our in-group.

Cole obviously think that his team is better when compared to the opposing one, because his team is his ingroup.
