It is given in the question that :


(x)/(y)=(2)/(7)

Also it is given that x=3.5 inches.Hence


(3.5)/(y)=(2)/(7)

∴ y=12.25 inches.

Perimeter of square Q is 4y =
4*12.25=49 inches.
