The rhetorical situation is termed the relationship between the writer and the audience.

We get input from others, saying whether or not our interactions are heard by others. Valuable information on the communication is provided by facial expressions, mannerisms changes, and comments.

We have restricted instruments, selected words, the grammatical and the mechanical sequence in the writing process and the logical series in which we portray ideas is the methods we use to make sure our readers understand our ideas as designed.
