Bradley completed 3/5 of his homework.what percent of his homework does he still need to complete.

ok so first, we should convert 3/5 into a percentage. If we make the denominator (5) into some kind of 10 (ex: 10, 100, 1000, 10000, etc.), then we can easily find the percentage. Since we can multiply 5 by 2 to get 10, we can also multiply 3 by 2:

3 * 2 = 6, so the answer is 6/10, which can be converted into 60%. Now, all you have to do is subtract 100 by 60, because you can only complete something up to 100 % normally.

100 - 60 = 40, so Bradley needs to complete 40 more percent of his homework
