major difference between the two is how long they lasted respectively - Qin a mere 15 years, while Han lasted over 400 years. Qin was a great military state, but did not have what it takes to govern. Prior to the Qin Dynasty's unification of China, it was the segregation system. Qin Chao changed the former policy to the county system. After the Qin Dynasty, the Prince descended and Qin died. The battle between Chu and Han opens. Han Xin defeated Xiang Yu in the war of his death, and the state of Chu died. The era entered the Han Dynasty. The county system is implemented, but it is similar to the segregation system. I hope this is what you wanted.
