Answer: See explanation

Step-by-step explanation:

Slope = 4 - 3 / 0 - (-4) = 1/4

Slope = 1/4

Point slope form: y - y₁ = m (x - x₁)

y₁ = 3

x₁ = -4

y - 3 = 1/4 ( x - [-4])

y - 3 = 1/4 (x + 4)

y - 3 = 1/4x + 1

Add 3 to both sides

y = 1/4x + 4

Standard Form: Ax + By = C

Point slope form- y = 1/4x + 4

Standard form:

y = 1/4x + 4

Subtract 1/4x from both sides

-1/4x + y = 4 or 1/4x - y = -4

Slope intercept form: y = mx + b

m = 1/4

y-intercept = 4

y = 1/4x + 4

Hope this helped!
