I have Anxiety and sometimes I get anxious over people always following me or even just the dark sometimes. If you make so many things in your mind you might start to believe them and in that case I talked to my Best-friend to try and get over it. I knew I couldn’t talk to my parents or anyone family related because they wouldn’t understand as well as her. My mom has anxiety to but hers is around people... I sometimes get anxiety around people because of you never really know them and what they’ve done who they’ve been you don’t know if there a murder for crying out loud. If you have to much anxiety it’s very bad for you it can increase your heart rate and make you get migraines. For me I’ve definitely had those symptoms. Anxiety can also cause Depression which can lead to many other things it could also lead to digestion problems and many other things. To get rid of anxiety well you can’t you just have to cope with it and here’s some ways on how to 1. Take worry breaks if you can’t sleep at time cause your too busy worrying try and take 30 minutes out of your day to just worry. 2. Make to-do list before hand this takes everything of your mind instead of having to make a to do list in your mind, these are my times that I feel Anxious.
