2t+21=3(t+5) Take it out of parenthesis
2t+21=3t+15 Subtract 3t on both sides
-t+21=15 Subtract 21 on both sides
-t=-6 divide by -1 on both sides to make the t positive
t=6

Multiply it out and then subtract 2T from both sides as well as subtracting 15 from both sides. You wind up with six equals T
