Can someone explain this into a sentence or more preferably a sentence.

“It was we, the people; not we, the white male citizens; nor yet we, the male citizens; but we, the whole people, who formed the Union. ... Men, their rights and nothing more; women, their rights and nothing less.”

Answer:

We, not only white, not only men, but all of us formed the Union, men, women, and their rights, nothing more or less.

or even: We all formed the Union, white or not, male or not, everybody with rights.
