⇒ 120 = 20 + 0.5Q

⇒ Q = 100/0.5 = 200 (It is the full- employment level of output)

If the price level unexpectedly rises from 120 to 132, Q will increase

132 = 20 + 0.5Q

⇒ 0.5Q = 112

⇒ Q = 224

ΔQ = 224 - 200 = 24

The change in Q is 24.

Q will not increase in the long run due to the price level increase,
