These workers are experts and use their knowledge and skills to teach customer how the relative product can be useful to them. These individuals works as a bridge between the customer and company, therefore, it is necessary that they are efficient.

The company has to monitor their performance and has to train them also. Therefore, this process requires heavy human capital and is costlier to maintain.
