your question doesnt make sense. if you want to know the slope of that line... it would be 4/3. if you want to know the slope of the line that is PARALLEL to that line it would still be 4/3 because

Parrallel lines have the same slope. they have the same slope so they will never intercept.

if you want the equation of a line that is parallel to your original line, it could be y=4/3x+6 or y=4/3x+7 . it can have any y-intercept (b). It just needs to have the same slope!

For perpendicular lines they would be opposite reciprocals (means flip it and change the sign)

for example a line with a slope of 4/3 would be perpendicular to a line with a slope of -3/4
