Answer:

d < -28

d ∈ (-∞ , -28)

Explanation:

(d)/(7) + 4 < 0

Taking 4 on the right side of the equation,

We get,
(d)/(7) < -4

Now, since 7 is positive number , we can transfer it to right side of the equation multiplying with -4,

It gives, d < -28.

So d belongs from -∞ to -28 excluding -28 ,

We can write, d ∈ (-∞ , -28).
