How do I solve this -1/2x-7=-11

x = 8

Explanation:

FIrst you move the constant to the right so we add 7 to -11.

Now we have -1/2x = -11+7

Add -11 and 7 which gives us -4

Now we have -1/2x = -4

Multiply both sides by -2

We end up with 8 as X
