There is no graph that you have attached. However, I can still help:

Look at all the options. The one that starts off at negative 4 and moves up by 2 units per one horizontal unit positively should be the correct one.

How I figured it out:

y = mx + b

y - b = mx

-b = mx - y

4 = 2x - y

m = slope

b = starting point/intercept
