Answer:

The points are not on the same line

Explanation:

The formula of a slope:

m=(y_2-y_1)/(x_2-x_1)

Substitute the coordinates of the given points:

for A(3, 5) and B(-2, 6):

m_(AB)=(6-5)/(-2-3)=(1)/(-5)=-(1)/(5)

for B(-2, 6) and C(-5, 7):

m_(BC)=(7-6)/(-5-(-2))=(1)/(-5+2)=(1)/(-3)=-(1)/(3)

\large\boxed{m_(AB)\\eq m_(BC)}
