Answer: −(1−2/3x+11/15x^4)

Step one: Move the negative in front of the fraction.
−(15x^4−10x^3+11)/15x^4
Step two: Split the fraction into two fractions.
−(15x^4−10x^3 /15x^4 +11/15x^4)
Step three: split the fractions again
−(15x^4/15x^4 −10x^3 /15x^4 +11/15x^4)
Step four: Cancel the common factor of
15.
−(x^4/x^4 −10x^3/15x^4 +11/15x^4)
Step five: Cancel the common factor of x^4
−(1−10x^3/15x^4+11/15x^4)
Step six: Cancel the common factor of −10 and 15
−(1−2x^3/3x^4+11/15x^4)
Step seven: Cancel the common factor of x^3 and x^4.
−(1−2/3x+11/15x^4)
Step eight: move the negative in front of the fraction
