Answer: Psychologists and Psychiatrists

Explanation: Psychologists evaluate behavior and treat disorders taking into consideration how the patient/client perceive his surroundings and acts. Psychiatrists also evaluate behavior and treat disorders but taking into consideration a biological point of view and that is why they use medication, to them, every disorder has its biological origin.

A clinical social worker does a diagnosis based on different social factors where its client is involved.
