So equation is x^2 - 3

when x = -2:

(-2)^2 - 3 = (-2 * -2) - 3 = 4 - 3 = 1

when x = 0:

(0)^2 - 3 = (0 * 0) - 3 = 0 - 3 = -3

when x = 2:

(2)^2 - 3 = (2 * 2) - 3 = 4 - 3 = 1
