The greatest number of flowers that can be placed in a row is 12.

Part B

There is going to be a total of 3 rows of geraniums and 5 rows of marigolds. You divide the 48 geranium flowers by the number of flowers in each row which is 12 and you get 3, do the same for marigolds and you get 5.
