What is the equation in point slope form of the line passing through (-2,-3)and (3,-2)

Explanation:

(y2 - y1) ÷ (x2 - x1)

(-2 +3) ÷ (3 + 2)

slope = 1/5

The point slope equation is y = mx + b

Plug in one set of coordinates for x and y, we already solved m

-3 = 1/5(-2) + b

-3 = -2/5 + b

b = -2 and 2/5


y = (1)/(5) x + - 2 (2)/(5)
